1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website to purchase eSIMs or physical SIM cards, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1.2 Product Descriptions

We sell both eSIM (electronic SIM) and physical SIM cards for mobile connectivity. Product descriptions, coverage areas, and data allowances are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change.

1.3 eSIM Products

  • eSIMs are delivered digitally via email after purchase
  • Delivery typically occurs within 5-30 minutes of payment confirmation
  • Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked
  • eSIM activation instructions will be provided with your purchase
  • All eSIM sales are final once the QR code or activation details are sent

1.4 Physical SIM Cards

  • Physical SIM cards are shipped to the address provided during checkout
  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address

1.5 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.6 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched or activated
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information

1.7 Refund and Cancellation Policy

eSIM Products:

  • No refunds once the eSIM QR code or activation details have been sent
  • Cancellations must be requested before digital delivery
  • Technical issues with activation may be eligible for replacement or credit at our discretion

Physical SIM Cards:

  • Unopened physical SIM cards may be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Opened or activated SIM cards are not eligible for refund

1.8 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for network coverage issues, carrier limitations, or device compatibility problems beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
