Is my device eSIM compatible?

Dial *#06# — if you see a 32-digit EID, your device supports eSIM. Supported: iPhone XR/XS and newer, Pixel 4+, Samsung Galaxy S20+ / Z Fold/Flip / Note 20+. Locked phones and devices from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau are not supported.

How will I receive my eSIM?

By email. Copy the redemption code, visit esimexchange.com to convert it to a QR code, then scan it with your phone to activate.

When should I install it?

Anytime, but best on Wi-Fi in your destination country (not at the airport). Validity days start once the eSIM activates on a supported network.

Can I keep my existing SIM?

Yes — keep your normal SIM active alongside the eSIM. Only one eSIM can be bound and active per phone at a time.
