Shipping Policy
2.1 Shipping Provider
All physical SIM card orders are shipped via The Courier Guy (TCG). We partner with TCG to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across South Africa.
2.2 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day
- During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days
2.3 Delivery Times
Standard Delivery (The Courier Guy):
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days
- Secondary cities and towns: 3-5 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5-7 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
2.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold, as indicated at checkout.
2.5 Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Track your shipment on The Courier Guy website: www.thecourierguy.co.za
- Allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to be updated
2.6 Delivery Address
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
- The Courier Guy may require a signature upon delivery
- If you're unavailable, TCG will attempt redelivery or hold the package at the nearest depot
2.7 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship physical SIM cards to addresses within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2.8 Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue
- A replacement will be sent or a full refund issued once the claim is verified
2.9 Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs if they wish to have the package resent.
2.10 eSIM Delivery
eSIM products are delivered digitally via email and are not subject to shipping policies. Delivery is typically instant to within 30 minutes after payment confirmation.
